Who does the work
Wonderwod Ltd is a London-based company working with gyms in any country.
Where we come from
Wonderwod was founded in 2017 out of running gyms, boxes and fitness centres, which is the same starting point as the people who write to us: strong technical skill, and numbers nobody had ever lined up. The dossier work comes from there, from having to rebuild the accounts of a real gym before any decision could be made.
How we work
The calculations are run by software, including AI systems, while every call on an ambiguous item and every document we deliver goes through a person. Member data arrives without names or contact details, and no gym’s figures are ever shown to another.

What isn’t backed by a document doesn’t enter any calculation.
Declared thresholds
When a threshold is our own working assumption, we say so next to the number.
No exclusivity
We also work with gyms in the same area, and no gym’s data reaches another.
The awkward number
If the accounts say the problem is the cost structure, we write it down.
