This policy explains what personal data Wonderwod Ltd collects when you use the data check on this site or write to us, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.
Who we are
Wonderwod Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales, number 10874097, based in London. For anything about your data, write towod@wonderwod.co.uk. We are the data controller for the information described here.
What we collect
The data check is a conversation with an automated assistant. When the check is completed we store the messages exchanged, the answers you gave about your centre (type of centre, months open, booking system used and which documents you have) and the outcome calculated from them. If you leave them at the end, we also store your name and email. If you close the page before the check is completed, nothing is stored. We do not ask for payment details, and you do not need an account. To limit abuse of the assistant we count each visitor's requests: of your IP address we keep, for two days, only a fingerprint that cannot be turned back into the address.
We ask you not to write names of people in the conversation. The answers concern your business, not your members.
How the outcome is produced
The assistant asks the questions and answers yours. It does not ask for figures and it calculates nothing. The outcome is set by a fixed rule from your answers about the documents you have, not decided by the artificial intelligence. The outcome is an indication of whether a snapshot of your centre can be done with your documents. It has no legal effect and it is not an assessment of your business.
Why we collect it, and our legal basis
We use the conversation to tell you whether a snapshot can be done and to improve the questions we ask. If you leave your details, we use them to reply to your request. Our legal basis is your consent, which you give before the conversation starts and can withdraw at any time.
Who processes your data for us
These providers process data on our behalf, under their own data protection terms:
- Anthropic, whose Claude API generates the assistant's messages. Under Anthropic's terms for its commercial products, inputs and outputs are not used to train its models by default.
- Supabase, where the completed conversation and any contact details are stored, in a data region in London.
- Google, for Google Analytics, which runs only if you accept it in the cookie banner.
Some processing may take place outside the UK or the European Economic Area. Where that happens, it is covered by the safeguards those providers offer under data protection law.
How long we keep it
We keep conversations and contact details for as long as they are relevant to a possible engagement, and delete them when they are no longer needed or when you ask us to.
Your rights
Under UK and EU data protection law you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or provide it in a portable form. You can withdraw consent at any time. To do any of this, emailwod@wonderwod.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office atico.org.uk, or to the data protection authority of your own country.

If we change how we handle your data, we will update this page and the date above.
